A partnership for olive estates · Italy to the United States

A premium channel to loyal customers you can depend on and grow with.

YouEstate connects olive oil producers with people who value origin, craftsmanship, and traceability. They adopt a tree at your estate for a year and receive the oil from your estate’s harvest under their own name. You grow and press the oil. We help you reach your customers and tell your story.

Why it works for the estate

From your estate, direct to families that value origin, craftsmanship, and traceability.

No export department needed.

You sell ex works to one European company. Import, organic paperwork, customs, and the last mile to an American door are ours.

Demand you can plan on.

Adopters pay for the year in advance. We order against commitments, not forecasts, and agree volumes with you before harvest.

Your name in every home.

No blending, no shelf, no distributor. Your estate, by name, on every bottle and in every kitchen it reaches.

Guests who already love your grove.

Adopters visit at harvest and come back. Stays, tastings, and anything else you sell them stay with you.

The digital grove

A beautiful tree map of your estate. We build it, your customers love it.

We survey every partner estate and create a digital grove with all your trees mapped and represented on a beautiful map. We deliver quarterly health reports on a per-tree basis to you, while providing helpful and teachable insights to your customers.

The estate map: a hand-drawn plate of fields and tracks, olive canopies in rows, a red dot on every adopted tree and a green one on the few still available

Per-tree health reports

Every survey becomes a report, tree by tree.

Each survey of your estate is read tree by tree. The result is a quarterly health report you can act on, and a seasonal note each adopter can understand.

To the adopter

Olivia grew about six percent this summer, mostly on the south side where the light falls. The block was pruned in March; the new wood you can see in the picture is this year’s.

The concept

A tree with a name on it is worth more than a bottle on a shelf.

Supermarket oil is many harvests, blended, with nobody’s name on it. An adoption is the opposite. One estate, one harvest, one tree with a family’s name beside it.

For a year the adopter receives the oil from your estate, bottled under their name, along with a certificate, seasonal news from your rows, and an open invitation to visit. Most adoptions are given as gifts. Most adopters have never been to Italy. You are the reason they will come.

What the adopter receivesOver one year
  • Their tree

One tree at your estate, numbered and mapped, with their name beside it.

  • Its harvest

The oil from your rows, bottled under their name, delivered through the year.

  • The dispatches

Photos and notes from your rows, every season.

  • The visit

A tasting at harvest, for those who make the trip.

How it works · For the estate

Five steps. Most of them are ours.

Signing takes an afternoon. From there, your part is the part you already do best: the trees, the harvest, the mill, and a welcome at the gate.

  1. 01Visit

    A walk through your rows.

We come to the estate, taste the oil, and agree the terms. The agreement is short, and the same for every estate.

  2. 02Supply

    We buy the oil.

Sealed, lot-coded, ex works, in the formats you already fill. We label, pack, and ship from our own hub in the EU to American homes.

  3. 03Survey

    We map the grove.

We fly a drone survey of the estate at our cost. Every tree gets a number and a place on the map, and you get a verified count of your trees.

  4. 04Live

    Your trees go live.

Adopters in the United States choose a tree in your rows. Your estate’s name and story travel with it, told plainly.

  5. 05Host

    Your adopters come to visit.

Harvest weeks and tastings, on your terms, with our host alongside. Stays, and everything else you offer, stay yours.

Your name · Next to ours

Every bottle names the estate.

The back label carries the producer, the variety, the harvest, and the place. It reads the estate’s name, not a blender’s. Type yours and see it set.

The label updates as you type. Nothing is sent anywhere.

Let’s walk your rows.

We are meeting estates in the south and in Tuscany this autumn, ahead of the 2026 harvest. A first conversation takes an hour, at your estate, and asks nothing of you but the walk.
